If you are visiting our site, you are considering, going through, or know someone just newly divorced.  Divorce is ranked among the top five most stressful events in a person’s life.  But you are not alone!
There are many women who have taken the leap to end a marriage that was no longer supporting healthy interaction and healthy growth.  But taking the leap is just a part of the journey. Divorce takes time.
I spent two years considering it, discussing it in couple’s therapy, and observing my failing marriage before I made up my mind. And if the decision to end a 24 year marriage was not devastating enough, the next step,  the actual process of divorce, was contentious and demeaning.  The stress over that time took its toll on my spirits, my self esteem, and my health.
Determined to pull through, I leaned into my closest friends, spoke with women who had already gone through it, sought professional help, and pulled myself up by my bootstraps to manage the struggles of each day.
We are here to listen, help you perceive and, ignite your curiosity to explore new possibilities in your life.  Healing and recovery is a process that happens over time.  Where you are today is not where you will remain.  Reaching out and seeking support proves you are courageous, and desire to grow through the upheaval of divorce.
The knowledge, tools and insights we share will  help you to move forward with your life, and are designed to restore faith in yourself.  If you are in the transformation mindset, it means you care profoundly about your life. You may not always know where you are headed but value being on your way to something discoverable.

As Guest Relations Host it is my role to ensure a high-quality service to all our retreat customers.Radiant Balance Retreats is committed to going the extra mile to make sure all our guests are completely satisfied. As your primary contact I will be communicating with you providing you with updates and notifications along the way leading up to and during our event. Dr. Thrall’s niche is working with and empowering women, especially women going through difficult life transitions, such as divorce, the death of a spouse, or a difficult break up. Dr. Thrall believes in the mind and body connection, the importance of self-empowerment, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.
